Court documents reveal disturbing new details surrounding Alexis Crawford, who was reported missing a week before her body was found in a park.
Crawford got into a physical altercation with her roommate, Jordyn Jones, and her boyfriend, Brandon Brantley, got involved and strangled her to death. Her remains were tossed in a plastic bin then placed in a Decatur park.
The couple, both 21, got charged with murder. They are being held without bond at Fulton County Jail.
Alexis Crawford was reported missing on November 1st after he family didn’t speak to her for a few days. Jones told authorities that she wasn’t on speaking terms with the Clark Atlanta student and didn’t see her since the day before.
Then she had a change of heart and led police to the body. Brantley admitted to carrying out the killing and disposing the body as per, Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields.
This isn’t Crawford and Brantley’s first interaction. Crawford filed a sexual misconduct complaint against her friend’s boyfriend. She reported unwanted kissing and touching by him.
