After months of speculation, Cardi B finally announces her pregnancy while performing her latest single “Be Careful” from her debut album, Invasion of Privacy, on Saturday Night Live.
Bardi came out twice. The first time she performed “Bodak Yellow” and “Bartier Cardi,” while sporting an extravagant ensemble that covered her stomach area. The Bronx native has been making her best effort to keep her abdominal area hidden by rocking big clothes. But the second time she came around, she wore a white, fitted dress that finally gave us the answer to the question we’ve been asking for months: Cardi is pregnant.
She took the SNL stage and stood under the glow of a spotlight for her second performance, while serenading the crowd with her latest, most emotional single, “Be Careful.” The camera panned outward, showing a full body shot of the rapper and unveiling her beautiful baby bump, as the crowd cheered.
Offset made sure he was the first to acknowledge the big moment via Instagram, posting a throwback picture of the couple holding hands in awe of each other.

Backstage Cardi is joined by her crew and she throws her hands up and shouts, “I’m free!” And like that old saying goes: The truth will set you free. No more hiding. Now we want to know the baby’s gender.
