Do you got what it takes to be Drake’s step mother? You may have your chance to make this a reality because the rapper’s father, Dennis Graham, is reportedly working on his very own reality television series to search for love.
TMZ reports that Graham and TV producer, David Weintraub, have been pitching the show to multiple networks for the past week. Aside from the romantic tip, the show is supposed to give fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes look of Graham’s luxurious lifestyle. You can expect to see “clubbing, driving expensive cars and of course, all the fringe benefits of being Drake’s pops.”
Sources say We TV and VICE have expressed strong interest in picking up the show, and they may land a deal as early as next week.
This show is promising because Drake’s dad is a charismatic man. Dennis made headlines recently after his son insisted that he was an absent father. However, the soon-to-be reality star claims that the Toronto rapper was just fabricating stories to sell his music.
“I have always been with Drake,” Graham said on Nick Cannon’s Power 106 radio show. “I said, ‘Drake why are you saying all of this different stuff about me, man? This is not cool.’ And he goes ‘Dad, it sells records.'”
The Boy broke his silence shortly after the interview went viral. “Woke up today so hurt man. My father will say anything to anyone that’s willing to listen to him. It’s sad when family gets like this but what can we really do that’s the people we are stuck with … every bar I ever spit was the truth and the truth is hard for some people to accept.”
