Previous reports suggested that Frank Ocean was unhappy with his vocals on Travis Scott’s ASTROWORLD track, “Carousel,” which allegedly led to Ocean’s, cease and desist letter to remove his vocals from the song. Both Ocean and Scott cleared up these allegations via social media.

On Friday (Sept 14.) Frank clarified the rumors on his Tumbler page, where he revealed his real issue with Travis, and noting they resolved the misunderstanding weeks ago. “I think the song sounds cool, I did it in like 20 minutes and the mix sounded the way Travis wanted it to sound for his record,” Frank wrote. “I also approved it before it came out so the cease-and-desist wasn’t about [speaker emoji]. It was about [rainbow flag emoji]. Me and Travis resolved it amongst ourselves weeks ago” Frank said.

Travis confirmed his feelings toward the situation via an Instagram post where he uploaded a photo of a Blonde tour t-shirt “Someone I call family and always will,” he captioned the pic. “Has taught me a ton. And a true inspiration in an out of the StuGang.”

Its not clear what the initial issue was but fans speculate that Frank’s issue with Travis may have stemmed from Travis removing trans model, Amanda Lepore, from his Astroworld album cover. It looks like the two have made up.
