John Schnatter, Papa John’s Founder is Suing Papa John’s

In a strangely meta lawful move, Papa John’s founder, John Schnatter, has filed a claim against his own pizza chain, asserting that the organization neglected to give an adequate reaction to a past demand for interior archives identified with their choice to have him removed recently.

Soon after Forbes published a report asserting that Schnatter said the N-word amid a media preparing telephone call in May, he ventured down as an executive of the leading group of Papa John’s International. It was a choice that he later confesses to lamenting.

We are providing Mr. Schnatter all of the materials he is entitled to as a director.”

Regardless of getting canned by Papa John’s, Schnatter is still on the board and claims 29 percent of the organization. As indicated by the Los Angeles Times, Schnatter is exclusively intrigued by restoring the pizza chain in the midst of declining deals and not returning on as CEO.
