Justin Timberlake denies that he’s cheating on his wife, and insists that there’s no funny business with his Palmer co-star, Alisha Wainwright.
Last month The Sun published photos of the singer and Wainwright holding hands “during a boozy night out.” The photos immediately started a rumor that he’s stepping out on Jessica Biel.
A source told The Sun that the co-stars were “smiling and laughing” as they sat on a balcony and enjoyed a few drinks a day after shooting. “At one stage he grabbed her hand and rested it on his knee. She then gently started stroking his leg,” a source told the outlet. “Then he clutched her hand with both of his and was playing with her hands.”

JT broke his silence two weeks later on Instagram. “A few weeks ago I displayed a strong lapse in judgment — but let me be clear — nothing happened between me and my costar,” he wrote. “I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I should have known better.” He offered an apology to his wife and family “for putting them through such an embarrassing situation.”
“I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be,” he wrote. “This was not that.”
Justin Timberlake ended his statement with a shameless plug for the indie drama, Palmer, helmed by Fisher Stevens with a screenplay by Cheryl Guerriero.
