Kenneth Petty turned himself in last week following a traffic stop due to his failure to register as a sex offender.
According to prosecutors, Petty is a registered sex offender in New York and not in California. Which is most likely where he relocated to continue his union with his now-wife, Nicki Minaj.
There’s no telling when he got registered, but it was most likely soon after the arrest. He’s listed at 5’9″ 170lbs with a Beverly Hills address. Additionally, Zoo looks less than happy in his mugshot.
But there shouldn’t be any more run-ins with the law now that Kenneth Petty was officially entered in California Megan’s Law database. Nicki Minaj has been pretty tight-lipped about the ordeal, but if she did have anything to say, we’re sure she will come to her husband’s defense like she has done previously.
