Khloe Kardashian is getting real comfortable in Cleveland as she gets ready to welcome her first bundle of joy with Tristan Thompson.

The reality star is getting help from her assistant as they finish up all the final details for the baby’s arrival such as, putting away the diapers and ensuring that all the baby gear is functioning. “It was a mad rush to get everything to Cleveland and ready,” an insider tells E! News.”
