Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill’s beef certainly hit a peak today, to say the least.
After The Shade Room posted a screenshot of Meek liking a meme clowning the Queen rapper’s husband, Nicki erupted and immediately went to social media.
The “Barbie Dreams” rapper accused Meek of hitting her, his sister, and his own mother. Meek responded by bringing up her brother, Jelani Maraj’s, life sentence stemming from a child rape case.
The Philly emcee finally realized that he looks crazy subliminally going back and forth with his ex-girlfriend while his current girlfriend is pregnant. After things seemingly cooled down, Meek denied any domestic violence allegations. “For clarification I don’t hit women and I won’t let my interviews be filled with question about her or any situation to do with her when I come out to do press for my new album! No devils tricks.”
This incident comes after the two rappers came toe-to-toe in a retail store in Los Angeles during Grammy weekend. Nicki’s husband, Kenneth Petty, and Meek can be heard having a heated exchange in the video below.
There’s a lot to unpack from the former lovers’ fight today. But on a lighter note, the Barbs and Chasers can expect new music from their favorite artists. Additionally, Meek finally confirmed that he’s dating Milano and their expecting a baby.
