Offset is off the hook for smashing a “fan’s” cell phone out of his hand while they were in a Georgia Target.
Authorities in Sandy Springs, Georgi says the case was closed by the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
TMZ reports that prosecutors decided to not press charges against Offset after he came to a mutual agreement with the “fan,” Junior Gibbons. Gibbons previously told TMZ that he simply wanted the Migos rapper to pay for a new phone.
A felony arrest was issued for the “Clout” rapper after a video surfaced on the Internet of Gibbons recording Set right before he smacks his phone out of his hand, shattering the device when it fell to the ground.
