Police around the world cautioned individuals against doing the “Kiki challenge,” after various individuals endeavoring the viral move have been harmed.

The “Kiki challenge”, otherwise called the “In My Feelings challenge” or “Do the Shiggy,” incorporates simple dance moves that go with the song lyrics, but things to a turn for the worst when people began doing the challenge outside of their moving cars.

Some videos show dancers stumbling on potholes or dropping out of the cars. One video shows a lady having her tote stolen while completing the challenge, and another shows a man being hit by a car while he moves.

The fever started when web comic Shiggy presented a video on Instagram of himself showing off his New York dance moves to the infectious tune. After that he went viral and everyone began trying to “Do the Shiggy.”

Big names, including Will Smith and Ciara, have participated, posting their own particular recordings of the challenge, however, neither bounced out of or moved nearby a moving vehicle.

Police from around the world including India, Spain, the US, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates, have cautioned individuals that the dance challenge is risky and individuals discovered attempting it could face criminal charges.
