R. Kelly has been accused of sexual misconduct against under aged women throughout his entire career. The impact of Lifetime’s Surviving R. Kelly documentary was so strong that he is now behind bars awaiting numerous trials.

Many women came forward detailing their relationship with the singer and accused him of heinous acts. While some people applauded them for their bravery, others sided with Kelly and threatened the women.

Some of the women have returned for the second installment of the Surviving R. Kelly series, and some people are making first-time appearances in the three minute trailer.

The trailer for the upcoming three-night event premiered Wednesday afternoon and some of his alleged victims spoke candidly about the death threats they’ve received. There was even a cliffhanger with one of his former live-in girlfriend’s, Dominique Gardner.

The trailer notably featured Dame Dash who dated Aaliyah in 2000 until the time of her death. “Whoever is acting like they didn’t know is lying,” the 48-year-old said during his brief appearance in the clip above.

Dash weighed in on the Pied Piper’s scandal amid the premiere of the documentary last January. He claims JAY-Z’s music relationship with R. Kelly contributed to their downfall because he was aware that Kelly “violated” Aaliyah. Of course Hov didn’t respond but Dash suggested that the late singer made it clear that Kelly did unmentionable things to her.

Brooklyn prosecutors recently charged Kells with bribing Illinois officials to obtain a fake ID to marry Aaliyah when she was just 15 years old in 1994.
