Recently, YFN Lucci turned himself in last week after being wanted for his connection to a shooting, resulting in 1 death, in Atlanta. Since then, the 911 call connected with the incident has been released.While originally being held with no bond, YFN Lucci is now requesting judges to set one. Furthermore, Lucci is hoping to get out of lockup to take care of his kids and his mom even though he’s facing some serious charges for his alleged role in a homicide. According to new legal docs, the rapper asking the judge to set a reduced bond because he has “four underaged children whom he financially supports.” Moreover, Lucci is claiming that he provides housing and money to his mother who’s living in Fulton County, GA.In addition, the rapper claims that he is of no fight risk to his pending trial. Also, Lucci claims he “poses no significant threat or danger to any person, to the community, or to any property in the community.” While making his claim, the rapper points out that he currently has no felony unlawful record either.
Even though YFN Lucci claims sound reasonable, things might not go the way he plans. Lucci’s murder case has escalated quite fast within this month alone. Just last week, news broke that the rapper was wanted as a suspect in relation to a man being shot in the head and dropped out of a moving car in southwest Atlanta. Authorities even put out a $5,000 reward for any tips leading to the suspect’s arrest. It was the following day on January 14, that Lucci turned himself in at Fulton County Jail.Moreover, his on-again-off-again girlfriend Reginae Carter has shared that she believes the rapper would be home soon. Providing for his family seems like a good reason for wanting to get out of jail. However, the evidence in his court records does not seem like it will be good enough for a judge.
