If you’ve never heard of CurlFest, you’re going to learn today.
CurlFest is an event curated by the Curly Girl Collective to celebrated the natural beauty of multi-cultured women. This year’s festival kicks off on July 21st from 12 PM – 7 PM at Prospect Park in Brooklyn.
The best names in natural beauty will be representing, alongside dope fashion vendors and it sounds like there are surprises waiting.
So ladies make sure you twist out your hair the night before. Fellas, wash and oil your beards because there is loads of fun you don’t want to miss out on from games, giveaways, live demos, and an epic Soul Train line. Last year Spike Lee was in the building, so you never know who you might see this year.
