AZ hosted a listening party at STK Steakhouse in New York City in celebration of the release of his Doe or Die II deluxe album.
Browned and Seasoned presented an intimate, three-course dinner attended by executives from TIDAL, Audiomack, and journalists from The Source Magazine, All Hip Hop, and of course, we were in the building.

Attendees ate, drank signature Hennessy cocktails like the ‘Sugar Hill’, and listened to the 12-track project which was narrated by Idris Elba and feature Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Jaheim, Conway the Machine, Dave East, and T-Pain.

At the end of the night, everyone was gifted AZ’s Jewels, Gems, and Treasures memoir, a Christmas sweater from his Quiet Money Direct clothing line, and a party pack that featured a QR code on the packaging that gives you direct access to the album.

Doe or Die II deluxe follows up the Brooklyn rapper’s 1995 debut album, which was released at a time when he was primarily known for an impressive guest feature on the Illmatic cut, “Life’s A Bitch,” by Nas.
AZ describes Doe or Die as his “introduction” and is gearing up to release the deluxe version in the new year. Take a listen below:
