Kanye West Lists Wyoming Home For $11 Million

Kanye West Legally Changes His Name To Ye

In the midst of his pending divorce from estranged wife Kim Kardashian. Kanye West has offered his Wyoming ranches for $11 million, which is reportedly $3 million less than the property’s original asking price from two years ago. The West Ranch, formerly known as Monster Lake Ranch, went on the market which is where West held his Sunday Services.

The 3,888 acres property features lakes, a lodge, commercial kitchen, equipment sheds, horse facility, corrals and go-kart track. It also has 8 lodging units and is a hot spot for “monster trout” fishing. On the grounds are 2 freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event center, meeting facilities, according to the DBW Realty listing.

Kanye began visiting Wyoming on a regular basis around four years ago, following what was described as a “psychiatric emergency” on a dispatch call. In Wyoming, he recorded his eighth studio album, “Ye,”  He also used the property as a creative space for collaboration. In the years since he purchased the massive house, he has hosted album listening sessions and been visited by celebrities such as Justin Bieber, Dave Chappelle, and many more. He also shot his music video for “Follow God” at the ranch. According to People Magazine he isn’t leaving Wyoming entirely. He still owns another 6,700-acre ranch in the state, called the Bighorn Mountain Ranch near the small town of Greybull. West has purchased a beachfront Malibu property for nearly $60 million

Recently Kanye West’s dropped his 10th studio album “Donda” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in the biggest week for any album release this year. He also dropped Yeezy Gap sweatshirt in September that was exclusively available on gap.com/yeezy in six colors.
