Meek Mill is overdue for some new music and he previewed a snippet on Twitter that wasn’t received well by Kobe fans.
The Philly emcee has an upcoming collaboration with Lil Baby and he rapped, “I’ll go out with my choppa it’ll be another Kobe.”
To play Devil’s advocate, Meek Mill comes from a time when punchlines related to relevant current events were acceptable.
But fans think that it was insensitive and the preview was deleted shortly.
