Did you know Megan thee Stallion was almost on Love and Hip Hop? Love and Hip Hop Unlocked released her audition tape on Twitter highlighting this glorious moment. It seems like before she was known as Megan thee Stallion, the rapper wanted some series screen time!
In the video, cast members from the show react to seeing thee Stallion’s tryout. Female rapper Sukihana looks blown away as she says, “Y’all fumbled the bag! Y’all should’ve put her on the show!”

Meg notes in the video that her mother was an MC and that one day she told her she wanted to rap as well. However, Megan’s mom didn’t think the idea was a good one.
“Megan Thee Stallion is just gonna become that household name,” she told her. “When you’re talking about those popping rappers, I’m going to be in that conversation!”
Love and Hip Hop is currently releasing episodes in their Unlocked series. Furthermore, the show features cast members from the New York, Atlanta, Hollywood, and Miami series. LHH shows their reaction to unseen footage and spill tea about the shows’ most unforgettable moments.
