In his recent interview, with the clearly unmoved and unbothered legend Gayle King, R.Kelly claimed he’s fighting for his life and wants to form a relationship with his children. Turns out that was a lie.
According to TMZ sources close to the family claim that Kelly had more than enough opportunity to reach out to his family and chose not to. “YOU KNOW YOU NOT TRYNA SEE THEM KIDS!” (Cardi B voice). If you don’t believe the source then believe the family themselves.
In an interview with Good Morning Britain both Kelly’s ex-wife and daughter stated these things. Andrea Kelly confirmed again that her ex-husband was abusive to her in every form of the word. Daughter Buku says she does still love her father and the situation is painful but she grew up in that house and knows who he is. She also stated he hasn’t tried to reach out to her and she hasn’t heard from him in years. This was in January 2019, just 2 months prior to his current claims that the public attacks are what is keeping him from seeing his family.
