Tekashi 6ix9ine Pleads Not Guilty, Denied Bail Again

Tekashi 6ix9ine's Co-Defendant Kooda B Granted Temporary Release Due to Coronavirus Pandemic

Tekashi 6ix9ine had court Monday morning for his federal racketeering case and plead not guilty.

The judge set his trial for September 4th of next year, and it’s looking like he’s going to have to sit in jail until then because he was denied bail yet again.

His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, plans to apply for bail directly to the trial judge. However, the likelihood of it getting approved looks slim since he was already denied after he offered to pay $750K, give up his passport, and stay on house arrest.

Tekashi 6ix9ine along with two former associates, including his manager, Shottie, are being charged with racketeering and other serious charges. As per the indictment, they’re facing charges for numerous crimes including drug deals, armed robberies, and shootings.
