Yung Miami Says Diddy is 'Upfront About Everything' While Gushing About Their Relationship

Yung Miami is set to make her acting debut in the upcoming second season of STARZ’s “BMF.” PEOPLE caught up with the City Girls rapper and she spoke candidly about her relationship with Diddy. She described the Hip Hop mogul as a “grown man.” Miami told the outlet, “He’s very honest. He’s upfront about everything, ain’t no secrets with him. Nothing in my face, everything in one. I can talk to him about it.”

The “Caresha Please” host says their shared spirituality strengthens their relationship. “We go to church. He takes me to church. We pray together. We put God first, for real. We pray, talk to God, and go to church. I can talk to him about anything.” The 28-year-old says her relationship with the 53-year-old is special because this is the “first time” she is experiencing a love like this.

The couple brought in the New Year with his family and his latest addition, Love Sean Combs. Diddy shared a series of photos from the celebration captioned, “HAPPY NEW YEAR!! LOVE ❤️.” Yung Miami published her respective post, including a photo of the pair about to kiss. She wrote, “Another 365 days around the world with you 🥰 Happy New Year!”

Yung Miami is booked and busy these days: She hosts her podcast on Diddy’s REVOLT network, where she’s training to be the Black Oprah. Her merchandise are must-have items, and she’s booked alongside JT for an upcoming Rolling Loud Miami performance, which means new City Girls music is on the horizon. When asked which business endeavor she enjoys the most, the rapper stated, “I’m not gonna lie, I can’t say, I enjoy all of ’em the same. Like I’m just so happy to be in the space that I take all of it in the same. I’m so happy.”

But she did share some insight on what to expect from her BMF debut. “You can expect a whole new side to me. Like, I know y’all know Yung Miami, I know y’all know Caresha, but it’s like, it’s a very emotional scene, and it’s real acting,” she says. “Like, it’s very emotional. I’m a wife, it’s different. I ain’t gonna spill too much, but it’s a whole different side of me.”

Season two of BMF premieres Friday on STARZ.
