As of lately, Drake has been releasing noteworthy visuals for his singles. In February, he dropped “God’s Plan,” where he donated the video’s $1 million budget to random people in the street. Followed by that, he released the women empowering visuals featuring Tiffany Haddish, Issa Rae, Yara Shahidi and more. Furthermore, he reunited the entire Degrassi gang for the “I’m Upset” video. With the recent success of Scorpion’s standout record, “In My Feelings,” it’s only right that Drizzy drops the video for that next.
The Canadian rapper was spotted in NOLA with Phylicia Rashad and Lala, presumably shooting the flick for the hit single. There’s good reason to believe that this is the behind-the-scenes footage for none other than the “In My Feelings” video because Karena Evans was spotted in NOLA earlier in the month shooting a scene of people standing in front of Dat Dog restaurant holding up t-shirts spray painted with JT’s, of City Girls, face.
Evans directed all of Drake’s recent videos including “God’s Plan,” “Nice For What,” and “I’m Upset.” The duo clearly seem to make magic together so why not keep it going?
