Gucci Mane had a change of heart and announced a verzuz battle with Jeezy. “Tell buddy Get ready Thursday Nov 19 @verzuztv Trap God vs Snowcone,” La Flare captioned the flyer.
The battle is taking place at the same time Jeezy was scheduled to go head-to-head with T.I.
“Swizz [Beatz] called me and I was like ‘Yo, Swizz… If I do it, there’s only one person I’d do it with,” Jeezy told The Breakfast Club this week. “And he was like ‘Who?’ ‘Gucci, reach out to him. Let me know what’s up.’”
“Swizz hit back and said he respectfully declined,” he continued. “Cool. Done. Kept it moving. I was gonna do it for the culture.”
The last time T.I. made headlines was for his comments about people handling their beefs outside of Atlanta. Not sure if it’s correlated but this will be a battle for the books.
