Iggy Azalea Confirms Birth of Baby Boy

Words by Andre Kettle

Iggy Azalea confirmed that she was pregnant and gave birth on Wednesday afternoon, and revealed the gender of her baby.

“I have a son,” she states. “I kept waiting for the right time to say something but it feels like the more time passes the more I realize I’m always going to feel anxious to share news that giant with the world. I want to keep his life private but wanted to make it clear he is not a secret & I love him beyond words.”

TMZ reported last month that Iggy and Atlanta-artist Playboi Carti while sharing details of a new family-friendly 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan he reportedly purchased. The vehicle was rushed to the “Die Lit” rapper in early May after speculation began about the couple becoming new parents.

Iggy has been romantically linked to Carti since 2018 so we can assume that he is the father. There were even rumors that the pair were engaged in July 2019, but Cash Carti has yet to release a statement about the birth of the newborn baby boy.
