Kanye West Makes Kim Kardashian Part Owner of Yeezy After she Turns Down $1 Million Fashion Gig

Words by Melissa Gabriel

Kim Kardashian stopped by plus-sized model, Ashley Graham’s first episode of her new podcast, Pretty Big Deal, where she discussed her family, fashion, and career.

Amongst all of the cute stories about the baby West gang, we learned that Kim was offered the opportunity to do a sponsored post with a clothing brand for $1 million. Following the offer, Kim says, “It is great money, but the brand was typically knockoff Yeezy, so I said let me ask Kanye how he feels about it”.

The “I Love It” rapper obviously told Kim to turn down the offer and of course like the supportive wife Kim is, she took his advice.

Two week weeks later, Yeezy sent Kim a check for $1 million in an envelope with a note that read, “Thank you for always supporting me and not posting.”

This all took place on Mother’s Day, so Kim mentioned that Yeezy also gifted the reality star with a contract to have an ownership percentage of his Yeezy brand.
