KCPD State Altercation Started Because Trey Songz Allegedly Would Not Wear a Mask

The Internet buzzed on Monday after a video of Trey Songz getting into a physical altercation at the Chiefs game surfaced. An update to the TMZ report states the situation went left because Trigga would not follow COVID-19 guidelines and wear a mask.

The Kansas City Police Department state fans complained that Songz would not wear a mask and security was unable to get the singer to comply with the rules. The altercation would lead to the headlock and punch thrown.

Sources close to Trey Songz state the cop involved targeted the singer and was immediately aggressive.

Songz was arrested for trespassing, resisting arrest, which both are classified as misdemeanors. In addition, he is facing assaulting a police officer, which is considered a felony.
