The officer who arrested Meek Mill back in 2007 may be one of Philadelphia’s most corrupt cops, according to the D.A. office.
Officer Reginald Graham is one of 29 officers who earned his spot on the D.A.’s “Do Not Call” list, warning prosecutors to keep them off their witness stands following allegations of misconduct.
The list states Graham was “investigated by federal authorities for several alleged acts of corruption.” And unfortunately, he was the only witness in Meek’s 2008 trial.
Meek’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, said:
The release of the so-called ‘Do Not Testify’ list supports everything in the motions filed by Mill and others wrongfully arrested by Officer Graham for post-conviction relief.
After being arrested at 19, the Philly emcee was placed on 10 year probation, and was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison after “violating probation.”
