Migos got slapped with a lawsuit for allegedly inciting a riot at one of their shows where concertgoers got stabbed.
The concert in question was a 2015 performance in Albany, New York. The lawsuit states the trio arrived late reeking of marijuana and alcohol, which had the crowd agitated. The group also refused to honor a meet-and-greet that fans already paid for.
The allegations suggest that the “Stir Fry” rappers were encouraging, cheering and inciting the patrons to fight.” The suit was filed by the venue and they claim the Migos “caused patrons to be stabbed, robbed, beaten, severely harmed, and injured …” and during the melee they were “laughing and egging the crowd on as metal gates were ripped from the ground and thrown into the crowd.”
The suit also notes the group’s history of bad conduct, and their reputation for violence and criminal activity.
The ‘Invasion of Privacy’ rapper dropped the bomb during an Instagram livestream on Sunday night.
