Words by Andre Kettle

The NBA and the National Players Association said on Monday that the coronavirus tested 346 players at the league’s bubble in Orlando, Florida, for the second week in a row there has been no positive test results.

The league announced launch of the tests in the bubble on July 13th, it was reported only two out of 322 players test came back positive.

On Monday, the NBA officially announced the rosters for all 22 teams participating in this season’s resumption at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex facility, which is part of the Walt Disney World Resort.

The NBA games are set to resume on July 30th after being put on paused in mid-March amid the coronavirus pandemic.

There has been a few hiccups with the players staying in the bubble – some players have violated the rules to get things like delivery food and chicken strips from the strip club – but so far, the league has been able to avoid an outbreak.

The teams that are participating in the restart will play three  scrimmages from July 22nd to July 28th.

In more good news, the NBA season is set to officially tip-off Thursday night and this is the kind of news that players, staff, executives and fans are excited to hear.
