Three of Black Hollywood’s top actors from the 90s are joining forces for a project. Omar Epps took to Instagram to announce that he’s “one step closer” to an unnamed project with Larenz Tate and Mekhi Phifer.
It’s unclear whether they’re working on a movie or television series, but we do know they’re all on board. “Been hard at work trying to create something incredibly special for all of you! We’re one step closer… Stay tuned….” Epps’ caption reads.
Tate, who is fresh off 50 Cent’s Power series, reposted the picture and the caption read, “Cut from a different cloth, ya dig! My brothas!! @omarepps @mekhifromharlem #WeBoutDatLife”
Phifer jumped in the conversation and revealed that he recently wrapped up a project with Lawrence Fishburne. “In the works as we speak. Has to be great; we would never let each other fail or fall short! @larenztate and I just did a project with Lawrence Fishburne called #Bronzville Great experience!! @omarepps”
It’s a pleasure to see these men maintain their relevancy and push the culture forward.
