Ryan Coogler to Write, Direct ‘Black Panther 2’

Ryan Coogler is coming back to Wakanda. Sources disclose to Variety that Coogler is ready to write and direct the follow-up for the super successful, Black Panther.

Chadwick Boseman is expected to reprise his main role as T’Chala, along with the rest of the A-List cast.

A release date has not been set yet and plot details are still under wraps. Marvel had no remark.

Black Panther broke film industry records not long ago, making $1.3 billion around the world, including $700 million locally — the greatest U.S. film industry net for any Marvel film. The motion picture is likewise anticipated that would be in honors dispute, as is Coogler for coordinating.

Variety reports that production is expected to begin one year from now or 2020. Coogler is trying to shoot a smaller motion picture before the sequel, one including, 12 Angry Men. It is obscure if Black Panther 2 will now turn into his essential concentration or if he’ll try to make both work.

Ryan Coogler is executive producing Creed 2, which releases one month from now.
