Amazon is partnering with a string of celebrities to voice their Alexa feature and Samuel L. Jackson will be the first.
For a 99 cent upgrade, you can hear the iconic actor “tell you jokes, let you know if it’s raining, set timers and alarms, play music and more – all with a bit of his own personality,” as per Deadline. You also have the choice between an “explicit and non-explicit” version.
“Although he can do a lot,” Amazon reminds shoppers. “Sam won’t be able to help with Shopping, lists, reminders or Skills.”
There’s no release date for Samuel L. Jackson’s Alexa debut, but the company plans to have a few celebrities voice Alexa.
