Sheff G Celebrates His 23rd Birthday With Release of ‘Drum Dummy’

Although Sheff G is currently incarcerated but the party doesn’t stop! The Brooklyn rapper dropped the music video “Drum Dummy” to celebrate his 23rd birthday on Thursday, September 23rd.

“This new melodic softhearted record, produced by WC producer Great John, captures his pain and tough upbringing in Flatbush, showing that his spirit is still going,” the press release reads.

“Drum Dummy” comes fresh off the release of “Run It Up” featuring Sleepy Hallow and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie.

It’s unclear if these musical efforts will be featured on the follow-up to the 2020 project, Proud Of Me Now.

Sheff G was arrested in July for second-degree felony gun possession in New York City. He was denied bail and remains locked up in Otis Bantum Correctional Center in East Elmhurst, New York.

“Once sheff got locked up … everybody wanna chat lmaoo … I’ll be back soon #2023 #gogetbackorsumn,” he wrote in August giving an update on his case.
