Snoop Dogg is Set to Appear on Red Table Talk on Wednesday

Snoop Dogg is set to appear on Red Table Talk following his controversy with Gayle King.

The rapper dragged her online after a clip of her questioning Lisa Leslie about Kobe Bryant’s past rape allegations surfaced. Many mourning fans and loved ones felt like it was too soon and she was reaching for views. Additionally, she and her best friend Oprah Winfrey have built a track record of putting Black sexual predators in the spotlight as opposed to their white counterparts.

The Hip Hop vet eventually apologized to the CBS journalist after his rant divided the Internet and a serious talk with his mother. Gayle accepted the apology but he’s taking it a step further by sitting down with Jada Pinkett Smith on her Facebook Watch show, which is a safe haven to talk about taboo topics without judgment.

Snoop Dogg is taking the opportunity to talk about a bigger issue which is black men and women disrespecting each other. The episode is scheduled to air on Wednesday, February 26th. Are you tuning in?
