Judge Denies Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Request to be Released Early to Avoid COVID-19

Tekashi 6ix9ine tried to pull a fast one to get out of jail early as the coronavirus continues to spread through the prison system, but the judge declined his request. But it’s not all bad.

The disgraced rapper claims his pre-existing health conditions makes him vulnerable to contract to the virus, but the judge just doesn’t have the jurisdiction to get him out. According to Tekashi’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, he claims the judge strongly recommended that he submitted his request to the Bureau of Prisons.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is expected to be released in August, but just like Bill Cosby, he wants to complete his sentence from home because he has asthma, and is afraid of testing positive and having complications from the coronavirus.

Do you think the COVID-19 pandemic will be 6ix9ine’s get out of jail free card?
