Travis Scott Helps Pay for Funeral for Fan’s Mother

A lucky Travis Scott fan received a gift from La Flame himself to help cover memorial service costs for his mom.

Peter Valdriz responded to Cactus Jack’s tweet promising that he’ll break down $100,000 by means of the Cash application to his supporters. “This would definitely help with my Mom’s funeral cost,” Valdriz said in his reply. Scott later hit Valdriz with $800, adding that it’s “not much, but hope can help.”

“Knowing that someone is out there trying to help us during this difficult time means the world to us,” Valdriz revealed to TMZ Thursday. The fan’s mom, who passed away because of complexities from a cerebrum infection, would have turned 52 around the same time that Scott gave him a gift. Following Scott’s cash donation, Valdriz included, different outsiders contributed to assist him with extra burial service costs.

The generous Travis Scott is set to debut his inaugural Astroworld Festival, set to take place in Houston in November. The line up has yet to be announced.
