Wendy Williams Announces ‘Planned Hiatus’ Following Alleged Birth of Husband’s ‘Oops Baby’

Wendy Williams returned to her show after a two month hiatus, plagued by rumors of domestic abuse, drug abuse, and marital issues. Three weeks later, the TV host has announced a “plan hiatus” following reports that her husband Kevin Hunter alleged fathered a child.

On Wedneday after Williams sat down with Waka Flocka and Tammy Riviera to discuss their marriage, she announced that she’ll be taking a week off for Spring Break. The entertainment veteran acknowledged her fans’ frustrations and assured that she’ll return on-air on April 8th.

Wendy Williams’ “planned hiatus” comes days after reports stated that she was found passed out drunk and rushed to the hospital after Monday’s taping. “Apparently, he came clean to her,” a source told BOSSIP. “But, what’s clean when so much has already come out in the press,” the source continued adding that Wendy is reluctant to leave her husband of over 20 years and business partner.

“She thinks she’s winning because he’s with her for a few hours. If Wendy had friends, they would have taken care of this a long time ago,” the source added. “She is a functional alcoholic.”
