XXXTentacion’s ‘?’ Album Returns to Billboard 200 Top 10

Despite the fact of his untimely death, XXXTentacion continues to do numbers on the Billboard charts.

Recently (Oct. 7), Billboard reported that X’s certified platinum album, ?, has moved over into the Billboard 200 best 10. The LP, which sat at No. 14 a week ago, climbed four steps in the wake of moving an extra 32,000 units. ? appeared at No. 1 under about two weeks after its March release, making it X’s first chart-topping collection.

The collection shot to No. 2 in July, a few weeks after the “Moonlight” rapper was killed. His debut album, 17, moved to No. 5 that equivalent week.

The news comes one day after the late rap star got the honor for Best New Hip Hop Artist amid the taping of the 2018 BET Hip Hop Awards, which might be the purpose behind the spike. His mom, Cleopatra Bernard, accepted the award on his behalf alongside his manager and lawyer.

Since XXXTentacion was fatally shot on June 18, a few posthumous tracks have been discharged in his respect. “Falling Down,” his song with Lil Peep and ILoveMakonnen, dropped in September.

X likewise appears on Lil Wayne’s, Tha Carter V. His vocals were utilized on the LP’s second track, “Don’t Cry.”
