A former Yeezy intern was hit with a hefty lawsuit for posting an unauthorized picture to social media.
The Hollywood Reporter stated that the rapper’s fashion powerhouse filed a lawsuit claiming Ryan Inwards violated a nondisclosure agreement.
The outlet reports that the NDA included a $500,000 liquidated damages provision, which “put an upfront price tag on contractual breaches in an effort to further ensure compliance.”
In addition to the half-a-million-dollar provision, Yeezy is also seeking punitive damages, arguing that Inwards behaved with malicious intent. The company is also requesting an injunction to prevent the defendant from doing this again and for Inwards to hand over the pictures in question.
The ‘Invasion of Privacy’ rapper dropped the bomb during an Instagram livestream on Sunday night.
