Yella Beezy Shows Off Photos of his Car From Drive-By Shooting

Yella Beezy is counting his blessings. The upcoming Dallas rapper is recovering in the wake of being shot amid a drive-by in Lewisville, Texas, on Sunday (Oct. 14). He gave his fans a glimpse of how real things got that night.

On Tuesday night (Oct. 23), the “That’s on Me” rapper shared photos of the car he was driving from the aftermath of the shooting. The photographs, which Beezy posted on Instagram, shows a white G-Class Mercedes-Benz. The vehicle has various noticeable bullet holes on the driver’s side including somewhere around three close where the rapper would have been sitting. There is also damage in the front of the ride. “They shot the car up i crashed it , lost control …. God is good ain’t he man 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽,” Beezy captioned the series of photos.

As previously reported, Beezy, born Deandre Conway, was shot on the Sam Rayburn Tollway around 3:30 a.m on Oct. 14. As per police, over twelve shots were aimed at his vehicle. Beezy was hit up multiple times. Cops arrived at the scene and rushed the rapper to the hospital where he was in critical condition.

Because of the shooting, Beezy had to watch his moment of life on the 2018 BET Hip Hop Awards, where he performed his breakout hit “That’s on Me,” from a hospital bed.
