Blueface Makes it Rain on Homeless at Skid Row LA

Blueface was in the giving spirit to say the very least. He pulled up to Skid Row in Los Angeles, stood on top of an SUV and literally made it rain like he was at a strip club.

The rapper uploaded the video to his personal social media accounts with the accompanied caption, “The season of giving.”

People began immediately criticized the “Thotiana” rapper for dehumanizing and demeaning the less fortunate by have them savagely scatter for the money. “There’s a dreadful video (I won’t post it) showing the rapper Blueface standing on a car throwing $ at unhoused &underserved ppl. Some might think that’s some “baller shit.” Many will think he’s “giving back.” What he’s doing is DEMORALIZING and HUMILIATING ppl who deserve better,” one person tweeted.

Meanwhile someone else viewed it from a more “positive” perspective.

The Spike Lee of D.C.@_MCKENTON_I had an opinion about this and then I asked myself, self how much money did you give? The answer was none. Carry on Blueface.”

What are your thoughts on the video? Do you think Blueface’s team could’ve organized a charity event instead?
