Drake verse on track ‘Splash Brothers’ featuring French Montana from his forthcoming album “They Got Amnesia”. Now has been dropped from the LP and will likely be released on an upcoming deluxe edition of Montana’s fourth studio album, TMZ reported. Sources have told TMZ the decision to pull the track came from Drake, who doesn’t think it’s appropriate to release music right now, after what happened at Astroworld. Apparently it will come at a later date on a deluxe version of ‘They Got Amnesia’. Ten people died and hundreds more were injured during a crowd-crush at the Travis Scott curated festival earlier this month. After Drake had appeared onstage with Travis Scott they performed a handful of songs together.
Apparently it will come at a later date on a deluxe version of ‘They Got Amnesia’. But reportedly Drake Verse had subs towards Kanye West. The two just squashed their beef on Nov 16th and posed a picture.
“I’ve spent the past few days trying to wrap my mind around this devastating tragedy,” he began. “I hate restoring to this platform to express an emotion as delicate as grief but this where I find myself. My heart is broken for the families and friends of those who lost their lives and for anyone who is suffering. I will continue to pray for all of them, and will be of service in any way I can. My God be with you all.”
Drake has since been named in a $750 million lawsuit filed Tuesday by a Houston lawyer on behalf of 125 Astroworld Festival victims, including the family of one man who died.
