Many people were expecting a delay in music releases, but it looks like artists are just releasing what they’ve got in the vault. Even Frank Ocean dropped remixes to “Dear April” and “Cayendo” but of course, there’s a catch.
The songs don’t appear to be available on any streaming platforms but vinyl copies have been shipping since March 25th, as per Blonded.com. Fans can pre-order the 7″ vinyl of the songs which include remixes by Justice and Sango. Pictures of the records below show the remixes on the a-side and acoustic version on the b-side.
Frank Ocean has built a reputation of dropping music whenever he feels like it. In October he debuted two new songs at a NYC club gig. But it was very likely that the singer was set to return to the spotlight this year because he was headling Coachella. However, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the festival has been postponed.
At least we got some new heat from the singer. Order your vinyl copy today!
