Harvey Weinstein Gets Approval to Use Accusers Emails in Attempt to Dismiss Indictment

A judge gave authorization on Thursday for Harvey Weinstein’s lawyers to incorporate 40 messages from an anonymous victim in a movement to dismiss his pending indictment.

Judge Mary Walrath enabled Weinstein’s lawyers to utilize the messages, provided that the accuser’s name and initials are not utilized as a part of the movement. The woman has not been identified in court.
