Family Reunion: Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary Both Reunited With Their Families

R. Kelly spent his birthday learning that his live-in girlfriends, Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary, were beefing on the Internet.

Clary took to Instagram Live to show the world that Savage attacked her when she returned to their Trump Tower apartment, presumably to get some more of her things. Clary pressed charges after the altercation and confirmed that Savage was charged on Twitter.

Joycelyn turned herself in and TMZ reports that her family was secretly brought into the holding area of the Chicago courthouse Thursday afternoon following her hearing to meet with her for the first time in three years.

The tabloid reports that law enforcement facilitated the meeting after Savage was released on bond for assaulting Clary. Joycelyn’s parent’s attorney, Gerald Griggs, said the 23-year-old was surprised to see her parents at first but they spoke for about 20 minutes.

Her family reassured her that they loved and support her, and expressed how much they yearned for her return, but she didn’t go back home with them.

Joycelyn was given direct contact to her parents and claims she’ll be in touch soon.

On the other hand, Azriel revealed that she reunited with her dad and is leaving Chicago in the following Instagram post.

“This is my face after having White Castles with my dad!!! ❤️❤️❤️ #byechicago #ontherunwithazriel🏍,” she wrote.

She also tweeted Friday morning, “No one ever wakes up and says “today I’m going to be manipulated, or taken advantage of, or kidnapped”.. those are things you just cannot control. I never thought me and victim would ever be in the same sentence because I was too in denial.. but once you realize, your realize.”

Sounds like her reunion with her dad put some sense into her head and she’s taking the right steps to healing. Azriel has been re-posting supportive messages from different people on social media and promised to tell her truth.
