Lori Harvey’s name has been making its rounds in the headlines this past weekend.
OK Magazine reports that she was texting and driving while driving her Mercedes SUV through Beverly Hills when it slammed into another car, flipping hers over.
The other driver reportedly helped the model out of her car and she tried to flee the scene.
An insider told the publication that Harvey arrested on two counts: Misdemeanor hit and run, and delaying a police investigation.
“She was arrested for the two charges and released on scene. Not booked. She identified herself properly and signed a written promise to appear in court,” the insider told the outlet.
Contrary to most reports, the 22-year-old was not arrested.
This news comes after Lori Harvey allegedly split with Diddy and fans assumed that she hooked back up with Future from the looks of their locations on Instagram.
