In a joint statement to The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday (Nov. 7), the former couple said, “We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication. We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together.”
Fans began to speculate the Snowfall star and model were dating after they were spotted having dinner together in West Hollywood. Things seemingly became Instagram official after Idris posted a now-deleted picture of them embracing as he kissed her on the cheek. The caption read, “Happy Birthday Nunu.” At the time, she reposted the birthday shoutout with three white heart emojis. They seemed like a match made in heaven as they shared intimate moments on vacation. Nigerian fans even applauded Idris’ successful “conversion” after Harvey asked about the slang term “nyash.” But ultimately, Idris and Harvey have decided to go their separate ways.
