While this may be bad news for JAY-Z and Beyonce, the Internet is rejoicing because a Migos demo of their collab joint, “Ape Sh*t” surfaced the web.
HipHop-N-More got their paws on a rough draft of the lead single on the couple’s surprise joint album, Everything is Love. This version is credited to the entire trio, but the Hov and Bey version only lists Quavo and Offset because their ad-libs were used as backing vocals.
The final kept large portions of the Migos version. From “Stack my money fast and go” to “crowd better savor”—before changing up Quavo’s “this is what we made for” to the more couples-oriented “I can’t believe we made it.”
