Russell Simmons Says a ‘Very Reliable Top Inside Source’ Told Him Stacey Abrams is Going to be Joe Biden’s Vice President

Russell Simmons claims Stacey Abrams is set to be Joe Biden’s Vice President according to a “very reliable top source.”

The controversial Hip Hop icon congratulated her in the Instagram post below, with the following caption: “America’s next VP From a very reliable top inside source…Great news The eminent rise of the #devinefeminine is coming to pass now , The many expressions of our collectives greed which are the results of the imbalance in Leaderahip is weighing on us The destruction of the planet , the cooperations poisoning of all of our species including the human species is evident in many ways ..the health problems that black poor white and all of our underserved communities are experiencing.. While expressions of compassion are very low ,Even “leaders” in our “progressive communities “ will bite off your head for having a different point of view …We must return to the art of listening and to the ease of compassionate thoughtful leadership that exists in us as men but more fully developed around us in our women ….The world needs more nurturing not more exploitation. I’m glad we are taking this first step congratulations @staceyabrams ,#stacyabrams .. and America ??”

Abrams has previously said that she’d be a good candidate for the Democrat candidate’s VP. “Yes. I would be honored. I would be an excellent running mate. I have the capacity to attract voters by motivating typically ignored communities.”

I am ready to help advance an agenda of restoring America’s place in the world. If I am selected, I am prepared and excited to serve.

Biden said he’d choose Michelle Obama to be his VP “in a heartbeat,” but he hasn’t committed to choosing a Black woman. Many people believe the Democratic candidate will choose Stacey Abrams or Kamala Harris.

Influential Black figures like Diddy and Charlamagne Tha God urged Biden to make his Black agenda evident. Partnering with a woman of color would help with his agenda for both Black people as a whole and Black women.

Diddy received backlash after threatening to hold the Black vote hostage if Biden doesn’t lay out his agenda for the Black community sooner or later. Many people close to him accused him of offsetting young voters from the mission to get Donald Trump out of office.

This all feels like a scene written by Shonda Rhimes.
