Trippie Redd is gearing up to release the deluxe edition of his mixtape series, A Love Letter To You.
Last week he released the Russ-assisted single, “The Way” and we couldn’t help but notice that it samples the viral ‘Go Demarcus’ video in the very beginning. At the end of the record, the Ohio native turns the 40-second video into a melodic tune.
The two rappers talked about relationships and heartbreak on the song. “Girl, you different, you actin’ real distant/ All this love ain’t for nothin’/ I’m over here missin’, we can’t keep goin’/ I thought that you knew, so lost without you/ And you’re the reason, said you’re the reason…” Redd sang.
The deluxe mixtape will feature “YELL OH” with Young Thug, as well as the record above.
